In-Person Notary Public
Starting at $25 for initial document.
Our in-person notary services encompass the authentication and certification of legal documents by a licensed notary public. To ensure the validity and security of the process, we require legal proof of identification* that includes a photo, such as a driver’s license, passport, or certified state ID. Each additional document, $10 per document.
*Legal proof of identification is a mandatory requirement for all in-person notarization procedures.
Mobile Notary Service
Service charge ranges from $75-$180
Our Mobile Notary Service in eastern Massachusetts & Metro Boston area offers convenient, on-the-go notarization tailored to your schedule. Whether you need documents notarized at home, the office, or a local coffee shop, our certified notary will come to you. We provide prompt, reliable service for a variety of documents, including wills, real estate transactions, and loan documents.
Remote Online Notary (RON)*

The state of Massachusetts is in the process of standardizing remote notaries at this time.
With our future remote notarization service, we will bring the notary directly to you, providing a secure and compliant solution for all your notarization needs. Enjoy the flexibility to schedule notarization appointments at your convenience, eliminating the necessity for in-person visits.
